DK8 Family Nights at Davidson College Basketball are back! Please see the information below regardinng vaccination requirements and links to purchase tickets. Please note that if you have children in both upper and lower schools you can select whichever night works best for your family.
Davidson College Announces Vaccination Policy for Remaining Basketball Games
Effective January 8, 2022, Davidson College athletics will require spectators attending men’s and women’s basketball games inside John M. Belk Arena to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
The requirement applies to fans age 5 and older. Those 12 and older must be fully vaccinated, while children between ages 5-11 will be required to provide proof of at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
To meet the requirement, spectators must present their COVID-19 vaccination card or digital copy along with a photo ID. Faculty, staff and students can show their College ID as proof due to the college’s vaccination policy.
Davidson College’s indoor mask mandate will remain in effect.
Spectators are encouraged to arrive early in order to allow additional time for verification and entry. Fans who haven’t already done so are encouraged to download the CLEAR Pass app (for all states) on your smartphones to facilitate entry to games.

Teachers and administrators cannot share your information with the parents of other classmates. If you would like to have access to a class list, and authorize the PTO to share your informaton with a class as well as the school, opt-in! We only share this information with the DK8 community.

The Davidson K-8 PTO is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization whose purpose is to promote and support the instructional focus of our teachers and administrators, and to advocate for all our children through consistent communication, parent and teacher involvement, and fundraising activities.
